JOB WELL DONE
We are very proud to say that Erin Wiseman was awarded a SilverKey Award for the National Scholastic Arts and Writing Competition. The piece that won was an oil painting, created from a still life setup of an onion and shallots. In January, Erin had won three Scholastic Arts Middle TN - Gold Key Awards for the onion painting, a life drawing portrait in ink and charcoal of “Ciara”, and an oil painting portrait of a live model titled “Nicholas”. All three works went on to compete nationally. Scholastic Arts will host a reception to recognize all the winners at Carnegie Hall in New York in June.
