The Whites Creek High School Air Force JROTC, in collaboration with the American Negro Playwright Theater, will perform Fly, Girl! in the school’s auditorium on Saturday, Feb 19, at 7 p.m.

Fly, Girl! is the story of Bessie Coleman, the first African American pilot, and the struggles she endures in learning to fly. The play is being performed by members of the American Negro Playwright Theater, with the JROTC cadets providing logistical support. The performance is open to the public.
