We at Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools strive to be the first choice for families in Davidson County.  Recognizing that some families will choose to Home School their child(ren),  we have provided information that will assist you in making the  educational choice for your child.

Once you have made your decision to Independently Home School your child(ren) you will need to provide the following:

• Register with the Home School Office by completing the Tennessee Intent To Home School Form
• Provide a copy of your child(ren) immunization on the Official Tennessee Certificate of Immunization T.C.A. 49-6-5001
• Provide proof of the required education (K-12 grades; high school diploma or GED)
