Our goal is to provide children and families with the resources and services that they need to help children be successful in school. We work with families in transition to ensure that children are enrolled in school, and we want all families to be aware of their educational rights under the McKinney-Vento Act. In addition to helping with school enrollment and educational rights issues, we can offer the following types of assistance:
- Clothing
- Help with school issues, questions or concerns
- Housing and community resource information
- Obtaining birth certificates, immunization records and school records
- Parent and community education
- Referrals for dental, medical and mental health services
- School supplies
- Summer camp programs
- Transportation
- Tutoring services
