PROCUREMENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Our objective is to assist principals, teachers, administrative and support personnel to acquire the goods and services they need to accomplish our joint mission -- to do whatever it takes for all MNPS students to acquire the knowledge and skills to become productive, responsible citizens. Our duties include:

• Providing information about MNPS purchasing policies and procedures
• Assisting with preparation and administration of contracts
• Facilitating the initiation, fulfillment and payment of your orders for goods and services
• Ordering all supplies, services, equipment, etc. used by MNPS
• Coordinating MNPS employee travel arrangements via the in-house MNPS Travel Agent
